Terms and conditions of advertising on just4airlines.com web site
just4airlines.com offers to airline personnel an online directory of properties, plus other services. The terms and conditions for advertisers to be included in these services are as follows:
1. Layout and text on just4airlines.com web site
- just4airlines.com reserves the right to determine the final design layout of its web site.
just4airlines.com reserves the right to edit text or amend the layouts or photographs supplied, should it consider it necessary.
just4airlines.com reserves the right to amend and edit text entered into its online database by advertisers.
just4airlines.com reserves the right to reject text entered into the online database by advertisers if it considers it inappropriate.
just4airlines.com cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to the photographs and/or text submitted by the customer resulting from the amendments made by just4airlines.com.
2. Accuracy
- just4airlines.com cannot accept any legal responsibility for the accuracy of the advertisements, or any alleged breaches of contract made by an advertiser.
Included on the web site is additional information from third party sources relating to items such as exchange rates. This information is only approximate and just4airlines.com cannot accept liability for inaccurate information.
3. Photographic materials

Every effort will be made to reproduce faithfully all advertisements submitted, but just4airlines.com cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage or otherwise resulting from errors or omission.
4. Liability
- just4airlines.com does not warrant that the operation of its web site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
If the operators of just4airlines.com are unable to provide the expected level of service for any reason, including, but not limited to service outages, war, acts of God or negligence, neither just4airlines.com or its owners can be held liable for any costs.
In no event shall just4airlines.com be liable to the advertiser for any special, consequential, incidental or indirect damages, including lost profits, however caused, including but not limited to product liability.
just4airlines.com will endeavour to ensure that all information provided by advertiser is quickly and accurately up-loaded to the site, but cannot accept responsibility for inaccuracies or delays in presenting the information.
just4airlines.com does not warrant that the enquiries forwarded to the advertiser via the web site come from airline employees. It is the liability of the advertiser to verify this.
5. Copyright
- just4airlines.com shall be entitled to reproduce part or whole of any photographic material supplied by the property manager.
It is the advertiser's responsibility to obtain reproduction permission for all photographic and other material used in the advertisements. The advertiser warrants that he/she is the owner of the copyright in such material or is authorised by the owner thereof to grant to just4airlines.com the rights therein contained. The advertiser indemnifies just4airlines.com against any action brought for breach of copyright from the use of such material supplied by the advertiser.
just4airlines.com cannot be held responsible for any infringement of copyright laws resulting from material supplied by the advertisers.
6. Advertisement content
- An advertisement may contain information about one property only. At no time may one advertisement contain information about more than one property. An advertisement may not directly contain contact information. If required, a link is provided to the advertisers website which opens in a separate window. Contact with the advertiser is made via the just4airlines.com enquiry facility.
7. Substitution of properties
- An advertisement relates to a specific property. The property in an advertisement may not be substituted by another property.
8. Termination of advertising
- The advertiser has the right to have their advertisement removed from the just4airlines web site at any time.
just4airlines.com reserves the right to refuse any advertisement for its web site, and will not be liable for any expense in so doing.
If an advertiser attempts to enter unsuitable material into the just4airlines.com on-line database, or persistently misuses the on-line systems, just4airlines.com reserves the right to remove all properties belonging to that advertiser from the just4airlines.com site.
If just4airlines.com receives substantiated complaints from a guest who has rented an advertiser's property, or an advertiser knowingly double-books a property, or engages in any unacceptable practices then just4airlines.com reserves the right to remove all properties belonging to that advertiser from its web site without notice.
9. Rental Enquiries
- just4airlines.com has no control over message content when e-mails
are sent via its website from potential renters to advertisers, and
hence will not be held responsible for any inappropriate or
misleading wording of same.
10. Eligibility for Airline Rate
- Basic eligibility:
Airline Employees and their relatives/companions
Travel Agents and their relatives/companions
Optional eligibility:
Others involved in the travel industry - at your discretion.
IDENTIFICATION:
Presentation of an IATA card, Airline ID card or a letter from an officer of the company on company letterhead is required at all times when travelling.
11. Terms and Conditions Amendments
- You expressly acknowledge and agree that we may update, amend or
revise this Agreement and impose further terms and conditions from
time to time. You agree to review this Agreement and any other
applicable rules or policies from time to time, to be aware of any
such revisions or modifications. The revised terms and conditions
will be effective as of the date of their posting on this website.
You expressly acknowledge and agree that we may introduce or impose
further terms and conditions in respect of any service we may
provide, at any time, at our sole discretion.
